Lukas is an executive director and experienced senior real-estate professional, having previously served as the chief operating officer of a privately owned niche international financial services group with significant real-estate exposure, where he played a key role in constructing the European real-estate portfolio. Lukas is based in the Isle of Man.

Malcolm is an executive director and has served as CFO since the inception of the group. Previously the co-founder and portfolio manager of a privately managed $200 million London-based emerging market hedge fund, Malcolm has strong financial skills and qualifications. Malcolm is based in the Isle of Man.

Jonathan is an executive director and has over 25 years experience in the real estate industry, most recently as a director at ING Bank in London and Amsterdam working on various European and global real estate projects. He previously worked for over 12 years at ING Real Estate Investment Management, then the largest global real estate investment manager with over $90 billion under management.
Ron is an independent non-executive director and the chairman of MAS. Until his retirement from full-time employment, Ron was managing director of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Holdings (IOM) Limited. Ron is chair of the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission in addition to being a non-executive director of several other Isle of Man companies. In 2004 Ron was admitted as chartered director by the Institute of Directors. He is based in the Isle of Man.
Glynnis was appointed as an independent non-executive director on 30th June 2017. Glynnis is an Independent Financial Reporting Advisor, with experience as a member of the Financial Reporting Investigations Panel of the JSE; as a committee member of SAICA’s Accounting Practices Committee; and in providing training on IFRS and the implications of the JSE Listings Requirements related to corporate actions and headline earnings per share. She was previously a committee member of SAICA’s Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and currently leads the team that reviews the Professional Programme Providers whose courses are a pre-requisite for candidates that write the APC exam.

Pierre is a non-executive director of the Company. Pierre is managing director of Argosy Capital, a European based private equity and venture capital investment business. Prior to joining Argosy, Pierre worked at two highly regarded international law firms practising as a commercial, private equity and funds lawyer. Pierre is an admitted attorney in South Africa and solicitor in England and Wales. Pierre is based in the IOM.

Jaco is a non-executive director of MAS and chief executive officer of Artisan Real Estate Investors. Previously Jaco spent 14 years at the Maitland Group, a global wealth advisory and administration business, where he was the head of the investment services division whilst managing in excess of $500 million for private clients and providing investment advice on a multi-asset class basis to institutional clients with $2,3 billion of assets. Prior to that Jaco was a corporate executive at Brait SA, a South African private equity and investment group. Jaco has been an independent non-executive director of MAS since 2008 and is a registered South African chartered accountant. Jaco is based in the Isle of Man
Gideon is an independent non-executive director of MAS, and a non-executive director of the Atterbury Property Group, a leading South African real estate development and investment group. Gideon is also a non-executive director of Atterbury Europe B.V. and is based in South Africa

Morné is a non-executive director of MAS and the CEO of Attacq Limited. He has extensive experience in property development, property investment, property finance, corporate restructuring and acquisitions. Morné spent 10 years in the property finance division of First National Bank and Rand Merchant Bank (both divisions of FirstRand Bank Limited) where he excelled as a top dealmaker. Morné then led the strategic roll-out and development of the Waterfall Business Estate in Midrand, South Africa. Morné is based in South Africa.

Nicola is responsible for the MAS portfolio of assets in the UK and has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry. Most recently she spent 15 years as a fund manager at Aberdeen Asset Management, then Europe’s largest pure property asset manager, running segregated pension fund mandates with responsibility for implementing investment strategy and asset management initiatives to maximise value and income returns.

Andrea is a finance manager at MAS. Andrea qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC in the Isle of Man where she gained four years experience in audit before joining MAS in August 2015.
Helen is the Company Secretary and is a qualified Chartered Secretary, with over 25 years experience in the finance industry. Previous roles include a senior managerial role with compliance responsibility at an Isle of Man based trust company, as well as over 4 years as a regulator with the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission.
Philipp Enenkel joined the group in February 2016 as Asset Manager and is responsible for MAS portfolio of assets in Germany. Philipp has a MSc in International Management and has over 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Philipp is based in Frankfurt.
Amy Joined MAS in May 2016, having previously worked as a senior client accountant at a local CSP for more than 7 years. She is currently studying towards ACCA, and has responsible for a variety of the MAS portfolios; including UK developments and German company.
Sarah is the Company Secretarial Manager and is a qualified Chartered Secretary. Sarah has worked in the finance industry for nearly 20 years and previous roles include 9 years with Abacus in Gibraltar
Leah is Executive Personal Assistant to the Board of Directors. She joined the MAS team in April 2016 previously coming from a large Isle of Man organisation and has over 6 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant.
Sarah is the Assistant Company Secretary and has over 10 years experience in a variety of statutory and administrative roles in some of the Isle of Man’s larger corporate services providers.
Courtney joined MAS in June 2016 as company administrator. She has worked within the Finance Industry for over 7 years, and has recently returned from London following a stint in the film industry. She is now based in the Isle of Man.
Luke qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG on the Isle of Man. Having originally joined as Finance Manager, he subsequently moved into an investment analysis role. Luke is a CFA® charterholder with first time passes and is commencing the executive MBA programme with the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Jon is the Finance Manager of MAS, and is a big four qualified chartered accountant, previously working for both Deloitte and KPMG.
David is a Property Management Accountant who joined the team in January 2016. David obtained his CAT qualification whilst working for a corporate service provider in the Isle of Man as a trainee accountant for over 5 and a half years and is currently working towards his ACCA qualification.

Charlotte Swanson is a qualified surveyor BLE (Hons) and member of the RICS specialising in retail, leisure agency and property development.
Karen joined us in April 2016 as our Head of Operations. She has a BSc (Hons) in Financial Services and has over 25 years experience in the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining MAS rei, Karen was Head of Operations and Strategic Execution for the offshore arm of a South African Bank. Karen is based in the Isle of Man.
Adam comes from a strong accounting and finance background where previously he spent 3 years as senior group accountant and analyst providing investment and development support for ASX listed Global Construction Services Limited with turnover in excess of £100m. Prior to that Adam was senior financial accountant for Norilsk Nickel - Australian operations. Adam is a registered Australian chartered accountant. Adam is based in London, United Kingdom.
Clive comes from an Agricultural Land Management background, he joined UK construction group M.J. Gleeson Group plc to build a strategic land bank, successfully promoting sites through the planning process for residential development. He soon rose to become Managing Director of Gleeson, where the business grew from a £20m turnover company to one with over £220m ‐ constructing over 1,200 homes per annum around the country. Clive has forged strong links with local authorities and government and has held founder board positions on the Housing Forum and other Public/Private partnerships. Over the last 15 years he has been with the Raven Group, then The Santon Group, focusing on mixed use, city-led residential schemes. Clive is a creative thinker and finding the best solutions to challenging practical development opportunities is what he thrives on.
