MAS Real Estate Inc. is a real estate investment company that has been established to invest in high quality real estate initially in the UK, Germany and Switzerland. The Company’s objectives and investment strategy are aimed at investors seeking European commercial property opportunities that yield stable returns and portfolio diversification.

The Company aims to provide an investment to shareholders that maximises shareholder value by adopting a high income distribution policy. To enhance return, the Company will also invest in properties that stand to benefit from capital return improvement through active asset management.

On the 18 December 2014 the Company transfers its listing on the AltX to the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, the Company is also listed on the Euro-MTF in Luxembourg.
